Weekly Classes

Vinyasa yoga, and gentle yoga and functional mobility classes, held weekly in Orepuki, Southland. Accessible, adaptable, and grounded in the Steady Ground approach. Suitable for strong days, tired days and everything in between.

Where: Orepuki Community Hall, Southland

When: Wednesday evenings – Vinyasa yoga 5:30-6:30 PM, Gentle movement 6:45-7:45 PM

Investment: $120 for 8 one-hour classes; $20 per casual one-hour drop-in class

Format: Small class sizes of 5-10 people

Mindfulness Sessions

Small-group mindfulness sessions held at Southern Coast Lodge, Pahia. Learn how to work with your thoughts and emotions, how to handle stress and difficult emotions, and build a toolkit of practices you can use in everyday life – grounded in grounded in the evidence-based mindfulness teaching developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and my Steady Ground programme.

Where: Southern Coast Lodge, Pahia, Southland

When: Tuesdays 6-7 PM, Sundays 10-11 AM

Investment: $25 per one-hour session

Format: Small class sizes of 3-6 people

Private 1:1 Sessions

Personalised yoga, mobility and mindfulness sessions, built entirely around your body, your health and your life – not a generic sequence or meditation practice. Available in person in Southland or online, supported by custom video and/or audio recordings. Book a package, if you want a structured programme built around your changing needs over time, combining movement, mindfulness and practical tools to suit your needs.

Investment: $150 per one-hour session; $420 for a three-session package; $850 for a six-session

Personal Practice Mapping

A structured, one-off deep dive into your body, your health history and your goals – resulting in a clear, personalised practice plan you can continue to use at home. This is for anyone who wants real clarity. A 90-minute in-depth session covering your movement history, health context, stress patterns and goals. A written personal practice plan, including a home practice menu suited to strong days, tired day sand everything in between. A short follow up check-in two weeks later to refine the plan once you’ve had time to try it. Many clients begin here before starting a private session package.

Workshops

Focused, themed sessions for going deeper into a single topic – nervous system regulation, mindful movement, mindfulness practices, breathwork, or building a home practice that actually sticks. Workshops run periodically through the year at Southern Coast Lodge and selected venues in Southland. Ini also offers corporate sessions.

Retreats at Southern Coast Lodge

An immersive movement and mindfulness experience at Southern Coast Lodge, on the Pahia peninsula overlooking Te Waewae Bay – with the Orepuki Cliffs and Fiordland as a backdrop. With only four private guestrooms, retreats here are intentionally small, private and bespoke.

Each retreat combines daily movement and mindfulness sessions with genuine rest: thoughtfully prepared meals, ocean views, and space to properly switch off from the noise of day-to-day life so you can focus on your body and mind. This is where the full Steady Ground approach comes together – it’s a complete reset.

Format: 3-nights accommodation at Southern Coast Lodge, ocean room views. Daily yoga, mobility and mindfulness sessions. All meals prepared on site.

Investment: From $1650 per person, twin share from $1950 per person, single occupancy

Limited to 4 single occupancy, or maximum 8 twin-share guests.
