Evey little thing in life influences our journeys. Yet, we are usually so focused on big problems. Scary decisions. Loud voices. But, all the small stuff matters just as much, or even more. Your thoughts, emotions, nutrition, hydration, sleep, movement... And, that small stuff is actually with your circle of influence! I've been meaning to add more variety to my exercise routine for a while. Finally, I made it happen. Started crossfit. Started strength training. And finally getting back to running. So amazed what yoga and mindfulness have taught me about my mind and body over the years, and how it applies to these different practices. #mindfulmovement It's been a pretty wet winter. So these beautiful days are even more special. Daylight is not only good for our general health and circadian rhythm - it offers a real mood boost :) So, after 6 hours of working on the computer, I finally got out for a run. Priceless. What did you do today to boost your mood?
