It has been a long time coming. After endless delays, with builders and COVID19, my husband and I are finally opening up the doors at Southern Coast Lodge to welcome guests to this beautiful slice of paradise, on the southern coast of New Zealand. And I cannot wait to host the first yoga and mindfulness retreats here! The lodge has four private guestrooms with ocean views, and we provide hosting, dining and a concierge service to help our guests plan their perfect getaway. If you would like to read more about our lodge, please check out our webpage at www.southerncoastlodge.com
The location is absolutely priceless, out on Pahia peninsula, overlooking Te Waewae Bay with a stunning backdrop of the Orepuki Cliffs and Fiordland. No matter if the weather is sunny or rough, the views are just awesome! The lodge offers a homestay-style retreat to a small number of guests – we want to keep things small, private and bespoke. We try to get to know our guests a little before they arrive, so we can look into how we can make them feel more at home, and what activities we could help them plan to create a great experience. We can help facilitate relaxing retreats at the lodge, or epic adventures in the great outdoors. The business aims to use New Zealand made products and produce as much as possible, and our guests can expect to be spoilt with delicious breakfasts and 3-course dinners.
Of course, this location is perfect for yoga and mindfulness retreats!
