Not all yoga is strong, fast or bendy. Yin yoga i Not all yoga is strong, fast or bendy. 
Yin yoga is a slow, supported practice where we hold simple floor-based positions for longer periods of time. The longer holds influence your fascia - the connective tissue that runs through and around your muscles, joints and organs. The aim isn't to force flexibility or perform perfect shapes - it is to give your body and mind time to soften, settle and reset. 
This workshop is for you if you feel tense, stressed, stiff, or simply want to slow down and enjoy a session that helps release tension and calm the nervous system.
No experience needed. 
No flexibility required. 
Just come as you are.

Mindfulness is often talked about as a way to noti Mindfulness is often talked about as a way to notice difficult thoughts, emotions and patterns more clearly.

And it is useful for that.

But it is also a way of noticing the good things more clearly.

The sky can be dark and life can feel heavy at times — but there can still be moments of beauty right in the middle of it.

Sometimes mindfulness is simply the practice of not missing those moments.

A rainbow.
A kind word.
A deep breath.
A warm cup of tea.
A small pocket of calm in an otherwise messy day.

It doesn’t make the hard things disappear, but it can help us remember that the hard things are not the whole picture.
